A Berry fun Fall Break! | Mobile photographer

When I was a kid, we never had this thing called "Fall Break." But we totally should have! Our kids get a full week off of school in October, and it's awesome! In fact, I'm kind of thinking we just shift this whole summer break thing to the fall! I LOVE the cooler temps, the colors, really everything! Fall is my absolute favorite!

Another thing I love is the school my hubby and I graduated from, Berry College. It's the largest college campus in the world (27,000 acres!!), and it's so beautiful and peaceful. So beautiful that we decided to rent a cottage on campus and spend a few days of our fall break there. 

We had the absolute best time! We did a couple different hikes during our time there, and I was especially proud of C and his little 3-year-old legs hanging tough. The first day's hike was 6 miles round trip, and the second was probably around 5! I will admit there were snacks and treats along the way to maintain our motivation, but it was all so much fun being outside and being together.

Berry is also pretty much a dreamy place to take photos. I actually wish we'd had more time to explore more. But here are some of my favorites from our time.

PS--Although being the photographer means lots of dad and kid photos, I did make sure to hand over my camera some so I could make an appearance as well. ;)
